1. Content Duration

Images uploaded to **mimicam** have a limited duration according to the contracted plan from the date of activation of the event. After this period, the images will be automatically deleted from our servers without the possibility of recovery.

2. Content Responsibility

**mimicam** is a file sharing platform and is not responsible for images uploaded by users or guests to events.

Full responsibility for the content of an event rests exclusively with the **Event Creator** (Organizer). This includes, but is not limited to:

  • The legality of the images shared.
  • The consent of the persons appearing in the photographs.
  • The use of images that may infringe copyright or intellectual property.
  • The dissemination of inappropriate, offensive, illegal content or content that violates the privacy of third parties.

3. Organizer's Obligations

By creating an event, the organizer agrees to monitor the content uploaded through their QR code and to remove any image that they consider inappropriate or that violates these policies.

4. Disclaimer

**mimicam** does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the service nor is it responsible for data loss, technical failures or the misuse that third parties may make of the images while they are published.

5. Refund Policy

Once the first image is uploaded to the event, the service is considered to have started and no refunds will be issued.

6. Affiliate Payments

Affiliate commissions are processed within 72 business hours after event activation.
